This rendition of Jesu, one of Bach’s famous works, is much slower than normally heard. This solo places more emphasis on bringing out the lovely counterpoints and counter-harmonies indigenous in Bach’s music. There is ebb and flow in the tempo to match the dynamics inherent in the piece.
